At St. Thomas Early Learning Centre, our goal is to provide quality care to the children in our programs. Our Staff are committed to working in partnership with families and the community to give the best care possible to each child that comes through our doors. Educators who are employed with The Early Learning Centre are required to have
up-to-date immunizations, current First Aid/CPR, and a criminal reference check with a vulnerable sector screening check.

We understand the importance of keeping up with the ever-changing knowledge and science of early childhood education and strongly encourage our Staff to participate in continuous learning through professional development opportunities. It is important for us that our Educators can build strong, trusting relationships with each child
so that they feel safe, heard, and confident to explore and learn through play.
